I recently came across this artist on X as well - SWATDemon (@SWATDemonX) - his style and content remind much of DeltaMax (@DeltaMax2081).
His themes revolve around men (or perhaps, more than men) in tactical SWAT uniforms - camo, body armor, boots, masks, goggles, weapons, etc. - either solo, together, or dominating others.
He describes his art as "In a tactical world where nothing is completely real - the SWAT Demon is King."
