The Exchange Program

"Ah tol' Sarge d'ere cood be summ int'rest inna "exchange pro-gram" ... y'know ... you guyz takin' a couple o' months o' so off... like Charlie an' Tony... an' havin' bruthas wiff crim'nal recordz fillin' fo' you. Let 'im knowz if'n you wantz t'git in on da ackshun..."

I had said that half as a joke - but I never realized the incredible demand from the rest of the guys that our conversion into African thugs had created. More than ninety percent of the officers approached Sarge and requested to "join the program". At some level, I think he was really pleased, because he could exercise some of his and Tommy's darker inclinations with black gang-bangers than he could not with his own men. Even though they were his own men - it was the appearance that counted, not the underlying reality.

And the men remodeled felt the same way; knowing that you had a rap sheet - filled with assaults, robberies, rapes, murders and other felonies - (and seeing it plastered across the NCIC and NIBRS databases) had a huge effect on their behavior.

Zack was happy too - this provided him a far broader canvas to practice and further refine and enhance his Transformation skills. As well as expand his leather business. He perfected his hair removal process; not only could he permanently and completely remove hair follicles (like he had done with Marcus and Ollie), but he could now put head and facial hair into the telogen (resting) phase for as long as he wanted. He also was able to get the semi-organic hair filaments modified to anchor into the (temporarily) empty hair shafts until a specific progression of radio frequencies collapsed the fins once more for their removal. Even more amazing, he was able to completely "erase" existing tattoos via a translucent, skintone matching "primer" applied before the skin dye. A previously heavily tatted cop could become a muscle-brutha with a clear expanse of darkly dieseled skin, or have completely new "ink" over all or parts of his body.

Nearly all of the officers requesting the Conversion now wanted the less superficial and more permanent Transformation than what I went through. Cops would get molds of their heads and faces made and Zack used his molecular plasticity compound to change their features for the duration. The guys also tended to remain thugs for a longer period of time - I guess the additional effort it took to effect the Conversion made them want it to last as long as possible. When they got remolded back into white guys, I'm certain Zack worked a little magic of his own - I swear to God those guys emerged better looking and younger than before.

Within an amazingly short time, it was commonplace to have a number of black gang-bangers as a regular percentage of the duty roster - both baby cops as part of their Initiation as well as fully-Initiated patrolmen wanting to experience the rush of being an African-American felon. The harness-clad, overconfident and oversexed dark-skinned ghetto rats swaggered around the locker room, talking trash in their deeper voices and ethnic dialects and were always ready, willing and able for intense man-on-man action. All wore multiple heavy steel c-rings - the more hardcore bruthas followed my lead of cock- and ass-plugs as well. Most stayed in the "Exchange Program" for at least 2-4 months. Or more.

These newly-made black hustlers not only tended to sport ethnic facial hair, but could (and did) have short Afros or fades - even dreadlocks - as well as the traditional shaved or waxed head. As with the initial four of us, no one could tell the Transformed officers were anything but naturally-born black men - more so now than ever with Zack's further advancements. As far as behavior went, Sarge never again allowed any baby cop to take the liberties that Tony and I had; if anyone got out of line, they got knocked out and found themselves in Rikers for a few days. They also received outstanding warrants on their newly-created criminal records as well as an incentive for better (or worse) behavior. The other officers indulged in many of the "criminal" escapades that Tony and I had helped to invent; the two of us had a lot of fun being on the other side of those intense tableaus as well.

Below are some of the BEFORE and AFTER pics of some of the guys and the time they spent as a Nubian men.

First one is Sam Halloran. Along with Sarge and Tony, Sam is one of the physically biggest guys at the Four-One. He was actually the first patrolman to ask to be Transformed after I put the idea forward. Being a ginger posed a bit of a challenge for Zack, but he really pulled the conversion off with incredible finesse. Sam picked the name of Daaron Hill and stayed a brutha for about seventeen weeks. He loved it. Of course, he got a lot more aggressive while in his alter-ego and he became a frequent visitor to the Greasetank for extremely rough sex with many more-than-willing whiteboyz.

Next up - Victor Volkov. Vic is Russian - well, actually Ukrainian. He's got those classically sharp Slavic features and when he puts on his "KGB Face", even Sarge is a little intimidated by him. Fortunately, that isn't very often, since he's generally known for his extremely dry sense of humor. Jirani Collier stayed at the Four-One for eleven weeks. Jirani was a laid-back brutha with a bright, come-hither white smile. He loved giving the baby-cops slow, easy rides on his massive, black tool. "Ah jus' luvz breakin' in d'ese muscle-puppies..." Everyone missed him when he left.

Jeffrey McKee - one of the newest baby cops. His partner Lachlan Kurtz decided that he needed to become a Nubian for his Initiation, with Sarge's approval, of course. Jeff was a bit on the shy side, but being Andre Randolph made him a lot more outgoing and self-assured. Zack covered his torso and arms in extensive ghetto ink to enhance his confidence. Having a cock down his throat and/or up his ass at least three times a shift didn't hurt either. 'Dre spent about ten weeks at the precinct and Jeff emerged a far better man for it.

Robert Altschuler had been with the Four-One for about five years. He was a particularly rough-edged cop and becoming Dannell Stewart - a truly hypersexed and aggressive ghetto rat - made him even more so. Rob was one of the guys that actually needed the facial remolding and he decided that he wanted dreds as well. Like me, Dani got carried away by being a black man, and it took three stints in Rikers before he settled down. Supposedly. It was touch-and-go for a while - Sarge wanted to forcibly transform him back to his former self, but I convinced him otherwise and showed Dani how to cover his illicit activities better. Dannell spent twelve weeks as a muscle-brutha and would have jumped at the chance for a permanent transformation if Sarge had allowed it. He wouldn't. Or I should say, "Not yet..."

A few more...

Frank Dorsey - aka Najeem Patterson - 14 weeks

Tommy Cahill  - aka Jadon Clarke - 15 weeks

Pat Foster - aka Anjawon Reynolds - 18 weeks

Archer Brandt - aka Donte McIntyre - 22 weeks - another cop that wanted his face remolded to become a brutha. Archie always had a sweet disposition and that didn't change with his becoming a black man. He was known as the "Rookie Whisperer." Donte did enjoy more intense romps with the baby cops, but never did anything to injure or abuse them. To a one, every young patrolman loved their sessions with him.

Bryan Joseph - aka Isiah Fulton - 28 weeks (he was so damn handsome and charming as a black guy no one wanted to see him go!)

Cash Ingraham was a six-year veteran of the Four-One and was originally resistant to the idea of becoming a brutha – even for a short time. It took his partner – a voluble and cheerful rookie named Micah Benchley – to go through his own transformation into a black man to convince him to give it a try.

Micah Benchley as 'Ajani Cole'
Even though he didn’t need it, Zack decided to remold his features and turned him into a drop-dead handsome black man along the lines of David MacIntosh or Shemar Moore. His light mocha skin was covered with substantial blackwork tattoos and his aristocratic features and wider lips were absolutely made for kissing.

Cash – as Jax Thomas – spent twenty-nine weeks as a black man - which was a surprise to everyone - including himself. Twelve of those weeks overlapped Micah’s stint as Ajani Cole, and the two black men spent a good deal of time pounding each other senseless – on and off duty. Like Bryan Joseph - in his alter ego as Isiah Thomas - everyone (including Jax) enjoyed the latest addition to the duty roster and Jax kept postponing his Conversion back into a white cop – even Sarge didn’t mind as the weeks stretched into months. Cash finally gave up his alter-ego when Thanksgiving was getting close and he was scheduled to travel to Ohio to visit his family.

We also had a non-cop in the program. Sort of. Gerard Farantino was the civvie in charge of procuring and maintaining our firearms, assault weapons and tactical gear. He was soft-spoken and the guy everyone went to when they needed a shoulder to lean (or cry) on. Jerry was lithe and muscled like a dancer; while he wasn't nearly as cut and jacked as us uniforms, he kept himself in damn fine shape. He was also the only guy that knew who each of the transformed officers were right off the bat. And never said a word. He approached Cap directly and asked for a transformation as well. Ellis Patrick was the same sweet guy Jerry had been (no surprise there) - although more demonstrative and affectionate - with darker, soulful eyes and a deeper, mellower voice. Ellis had been at the station for twelve weeks when Jerry came back. Temporarily. A few weeks after that, he went through the permanent transformation and Ellis has been with us since - one contented and appreciative black guy. And still everyone's best friend and confidante.

And of course, Sergeant Jamie Reardon. He had to get in on the action as well. And he went all the way. Got Zack to completely change the shape of his head, his features and his fingerprints. Even his teeth. Got all new inking too. Jericho Landry was one mean and absolutely brutal motherfucker when it came to imposing discipline. Having those pale greenish-hazel-brown eyes and razor-cropped beard made him far more intimidating and he was a stone-cold savage muscle-brutha to deal with. He really encouraged  'Ray-Ray' and 'Benjie' to come back as well, but I demurred - it was almost irresistible - but I knew I couldn't control myself as a black man and had been a razor's edge away from going to prison for my crimes.

He was nearly a permanent fixture at the Greasetank as well; and I'm sure that he, Adrian and the Resnikovs were involved in a number of highly illegal (and no doubt equally profitable) activities. In fact, Rico and Adrian looked similar enough to be brothers. Was that a coincidence? Knowing Sarge's attention to detail, I don't think so. We had Sergeant Landry for nearly forty eight weeks and I think the only reason it wasn't longer (or permanently) was that something went sideways that required him to vanish. That was about the same time the Greasetank was raided and shut down. And Sarge went back to being the normal hardass he used to be.

We also had a situation with my partner Tony McLaren. For several weeks, he refused Sergeant Landry's Transformation orders but one Monday morning, a more brutally handsome Benjamin Cantrell sauntered back to the Four-One. Benjie also underwent a complete Conversion - features and prints were replaced by those of an African felon, so in effect, Tony ceased to exist. Sarge had fastened a heavy chain around his neck with a Master lock for disobeying him; after all was said and done, he was Sarge's boy and did what he was told.  For the first few weeks Benjie stuck to fucking and fisting baby cops at the precinct and willing whiteboyz at the Greasetank. Soon after that, however, he rapidly reverted to the depraved and aggressive black gang-banger that torched Darren Ambrozek's building on Arkadiy Resnikov's orders. That combination of amorality, cockiness and sheer physical presence proved to be an irresistible temptation; I'm ashamed to admit that my partner and I indulged in more than one episode of ruthlessly rough back-alley sex. Benjie stayed at the Four-One for about forty-two weeks. Tony returned to the precinct a little before the time Sarge did.

And me ... well, we'll get into that shortly...
* * *
I do have plans for more stories including the patrolmen of the Four-One, so I thought I'd introduce a few of them. Some have already been referred to (e.g. Victor in "Something Wicked This Way Comes") and others have been in the background. One thing that ties them all together is their pent-up desire (like Charlie and Tony) to become black men. It was only a matter of time before they participated in the transformation process and had their own adventures as "muscle-bruthas."
