Captain Morgan has been as a good as his word.
Several months after the permanent transformation of Charlie Hawke and Tony McLaren into 'Chuy Calderon' and 'Tito Mendoza', a number of officers have been Darkened and are enjoying all the concomitant benefits of being in the "Pan American Exchange Program." They are enjoying their new lives as hairless, hypermuscular, dark-skinned Latinos with redlined sex drives. All of the "new" officers wear small diamond studs or small gold rings in their ears, in addition to multiple steel c-rings, steel butt plugs and more often than not, steel penis plugs in various designs.
So far, the Four-One now has officers from Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
