Photo Study #21: Shepard the Enforcer

From the perfect anti-hero to the most reviled douche-bag that was ever created, Commander Shepard of the Mass Effect video game franchise nonetheless gets a great deal of attention. I always liked the way he looked and from the clips I had seen on Youtube and other places, I DO have a grudging admiration for the guy. (Plus I know his voice actor...)

Of course, that translates as getting a mask.

Bryan Silva of Studio 135 used his "Chiseled" mask to create a version that not only works as Commander Shepard, but also as one of the Russian enforcers who has been a regular staple in the "Banshee" crime series on Cinemax.

I wanted Bryan to create the "Renegade" version Shepard, which translates to be being a bad guy. An extremely bad guy. In fact:

...the Renegade iteration of Shepard is an extremely cruel, brutal, and militant individual who operates in a much more ruthless and callous manner than that of the more heroic Paragon Shepard...

Just my type of character.

And like my other Chiseleds, this is one of the best fitting masks I've ever owned and worn. 

There's also a definite Channing Tatum vibe going on here as well, don't you think?
